Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesI have been living in The Rio Apartments for a year and seven months now I have no complaints the staff is excellent the manager is wonderful and living here has been a happiness for me. It is a peaceful and safe place. Highly recommended for family living.

Maintenance is excellent always on time when a work Order is requested. The grounds are always well kept, the pool is always clean and is a peaceful place to live.
The Property Manager, Tiana Diaz is very professional, polite, kind, friendly. She can also be stern strong with situations that are needed. I will be renewing my lease again.

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesThis is a great place to live and Tiana is a wonderful manager. Repairs are made quickly and with the new lighting in the common area sitting out at night and talking with neighbors is a big plus.
Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesNice apartments, plenty of space. Maintenance crew is always good about helping with any issues that may arise, from window blinds to breaker boxes. Ms Tiana in the leasing office is wonderful and is always happy to help.

If you do have a problem, they are quick to fix it. I signed my 3rd lease so obviously they are doing something right 🤗
