Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesQuiet and safe. Everyone so far seems to be very respectful. Administration and maintenance very courteous and very efficient. Apartment size very nice and reasonably priced. Close to shopping.

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesThis is a great place to live for families and even old fogies like me. There is plenty of room for the kids to play and walk your pets pick up after them Please and the pool is a good size so you'll never be crowded. I see the children making friends easily since they mostly attend the same schools and go and come back on the same buses or walk across the street to the high school. Getting a bite to eat is just as easy. We have a Wendy's a couple of hundred feet down the street and a McDonald's and Chinese take out across the street. Everything is convenient, Winn Dixie, Publix, Save a Lot and Smart Shopper.

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesI would love to give a good review but there is so much wrong with our apartment we have a bad bug problem very noisy neighbors and they keep taking our spots when we are gone also a termite problem as well and things have been leaking randomly unfortunately it's not as good as I was hoping living here it makes me very sad that I had such high hopes Definitely more wrong unfortunately

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesIm enjoying my living here at The Rio im a returning resident i lived here before 2017-2020 moved away for a year and came back i absoutely love the square footage of my 3bd 2bth apartment plenty of space to move around although there are some upgrading that needs to happen it doeant take away from my loving it here...i plan to renew again because i love the quietness the assigned 2 space parking my neighbors are very kind its an easy access to the interstate fun attractions and lots of shopping stores ibrecommend you come and check out the Rio Apartments...

Maintenance could be better in completing what they started, no real amenities besides the pool which closes at 5 30 even on the weekends. There is no door knob on the front doors so strangers will sit on the stairs and smoke and nothin has been done about that… just expected better but lesson learned…
