|Recommended: YesDo not care for construction of building do not like two entrances, also having to share a balcony. The entrance from 56th street needs improvement — its ok pretty quiet majority of time I have quiet neighbors, however they fail to pick up trash when they drop it in hallway. highest compliments for maintenance and property staff. I believe I live in one of the older buildings my living area is nice size except for kitchen--cabinents need to be upgraded. Feel somewhat secure, but would prefer a second lock on apt door. they are planning once pandemic is over to put security lock on hallway entrance door for which must have a key or key card.

The property is well kept. I have parking in front of my unit. My neighbors are quiet and I love, love the spaciousness of my 2 bed 2 bath apartment. The Rio Apartments is a great place to live

|Recommended: YesI live in the front and it is very peaceful keeping in mind that they are apartments you will hear some noise — I have been living hear for 1 year and even though I live in the front I like the privacy. Living in apartments can be difficult at times because of people in general but for the most part living here has been a very pleasant experience and you pay for what you want. I love the no tolerance attitude from the office.

|Recommended: NoIt suits my needs — Until the management change 4 to 6 weeks ago, living here has been great and one of the most helpful places I have lived. There is dialogue with staff, accommodations when needed within reason , prompt response with requests and courtesy. New management takes over and ties the hands of the friendly staff, allows noisy neighbors to move in and have no discretion when resolving issues. My lease is up in October and I will be rethinking staying.
