|Recommended: YesI've lived at this complex going on 3 yrs. The manager Dana is very welcoming and informative. This is a great community with an awesome manager and maintenance team.
Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesThe apartment is very spacious however it's extremely outdated and the plumbing is awful the new manager on-site is not very friendly to the tenants she never says hello even if she walks pass you but the maintenance is always professional and on-time and does the best they can considering the apartments we're built in the late 60 early 70's the neighbors are nice not a lot of play area if you have children

The entire staff are polite, courteous, and willing to help resolve any of my concerns expeditiously All my appliances work, my unit is beautiful, the premises are clean, my neighbors are respectful and friendly, etc. My only small quirk is the weekend when the nearby club allows their patrons to blast their car music to the point it could be heard in my unit. This is not a Rio Apts issue but a policing issue as the lord music is not from the club itself but from their patrons on the outside in their parking lot.

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesI love my apt unit and building location. With that said, there has been a lack of communication regarding upgrades repairs to the pool and gym area. Disappointed in the lack of communication and how long it has taken. It is an amenity that is included but I have been unable to enjoy.
