thing is maintenance service. Former management
did an excellent job New management is questionable-- for one thing they are slow in responding to a request.
|Recommended: NoSwimming Pool — Since we moved in last July, we hadn't had a chance to use the swimming pool at all. This was mainly the reason why we chose this apartment because my son loves to swim every time. The pool is ALL THE TIME CLOSE and when we ask when will it be open, the management said they don't know when will it be open. Seems like it's only there for display purposes.🤔

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesThe Rio is a place where everythings is going smoothly . The palce is clean and neat . The maintainance always there to fix the problem in your appartment. The neigborhood are good they are approachable. The place is convenient meaning there are lots of store where u can buy stuff and foods like mcdo, wendys , family dollar and even Gas station. The amenities are also great they have swimming pools and more . The staff here are very accomodating and nice .
