My apartment had issues at first but Richard the maintenance man and Dana got on the issues right away I have a 3 bed room 2 bath all have walk in closets my apartment is big and very cozy I give “The Rio apartments” a 10 10..

|Recommended: YesIf you are looking for an apartment that is huge. Then Rio apartments is your place. I have been here for Five years and when ever someone visits me for the first time that are always amaze of the size.. I don’t know what take took away the assigned parking spaces. That was a nice amenity. But, the staff is awesome I met the new assistant Mgr. And she went out of her way to go to another apartment to look for a package that was delivered in error. The new Mgr is working out perfectly, the Maint, Mgr is always on top of his game.
