|Recommended: YesExcellent Living — I was breaking my last straw when I stopped at the Rio Apartments as the others I had seen were small and overpriced. The manager Tiana is warm and inviting, the property is beautiful even though it was built in the 60s, maintenance is taken care of quickly, and the property is welcoming and quiet. I was VERY lucky that I found my new home
Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesThe apartments are extremely spacious. I always feel safe. The office and maintenance team are highly responsive, and very caring. It’s Close to shopping and interstate. There is a club close by, so it can be a little loud music on some nights, mainly the weekends, but not unbearable. Great place to live.

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesThe unit property itself is a 3.5 5 but management is a 100 5 so I’ll say 4 5 overall Laundry on site is convenient but have had some issues with clothes not being fully dry. Maintenance is always extremely helpful quick to come out

Since I have been living here the property Manager is the most professional, kind, stern when needed dedicated. She shows love and caring for the property the residents. She's awesome
The maintenance staff is always fast, clean, hard working polite professional, specially the supervisor. I am very happy to reside at this wonderful property.

The facilities in the property are good, I’m waiting for fitness to be available to use again. This place located in where I think it’s convenient.

I have great neighbors and live in a quite building. I do believe I will be very happy here
